Never stop training

My name is Mary Ann. I am a full time Endoscopy nurse at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical center in Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania. When I'm not working I spend a lot of time training for races. I go to a trainer 3 times a week and hit the gym on the other days. I run 3 to 4 times a week and also spin on the non run days. Lately most of the races have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So what I have been doing since we have to practice social Distancing I will do my own race. For instance I will run the exact distance on the day when the race was supposed to happen. It's been working out fine for me so far. I have been signed up for many races that we're postponed. So far I have run 5K races, a 9 mile race, and also a local half marathon that was postponed I ran it solo. I do what I have to do to stay active and in shape. I won't stop and with my job being so STRESSFUL lately running is the best form of stress reliever for me. I'm blessed to be healthy. I'm blessed to be healthy.
