For me, it is so important to stay competitive even without competition! I love running, but I especially love racing and pushing myself to see how fast and far I can go. Using virtual races where you can actively upload your times and see results is a great way to stay active and in race mode while still being able to safely social distance yourself from other runners! You can even race indoors on your treadmill if the weather is less than desirable! It’s been so helpful to me also to keep a log of my run times on training runs so I can see I’m still making progress, even by myself!
