Icee Sleeve is the most convenient way to apply cold or hot therapy on your muscles and joints. Simply grab out of your freezer, slide it on your arm or leg, and continue doing what you doing. If you are using your Sleeve for heat therapy, the Sleeve needs be at room temperature before heating in microwave.

IceeNOW Tape is a non-woven spandex. (Contains Latex). Liquid ingredients are a special blend of distilled water, alcohol, menthol, and borneol- designed to create a cooling sensation-similar to that of ice.

IceeNOW’s tape combines cooling with compression which helps speed up recovery time. Wrap around affected area, stretching enough to provide comfortable compression which is not too restrictive. Self-adhesive. Tear or cut after using desired amount. The wrapped area will get colder after about 5-10 minutes, and remain cold for up to 30-60 minutes. The tape works by drawing the heat from the injured area through evaporation- which helps reduce pain and swelling.

IceeNOW Wraps can be re-used up to three (3) times. When done using your IceeNOW Wrap, simply put it back in its container with four to five (4-5) tablespoons of water, and seal container tightly (do not refrigerate). After 3-4 times, you can wash and use as a compression bandage.

Yes, we recommend keeping the product in the bag when you're not using it. The bag is to ensure the sleeve stays dry in the freezer. If you lose or damage the bag provided, any plastic freezer bag will work, or reach out to us for a replacement to make sure the sleeve stays dry in the freezer.
