TEAM ICEENOW AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Team IceeNOW!

Team IceeNOW is a community of athletes who believe recovery is part of training. The Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program gives athletes the opportunity to represent IceeNOW, participate in challenges, create and share content, earn rewards and referral commissions, and be part of the Team IceeNOW community.

By joining the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Team IceeNOW is open to athletes participating in organized sports, athletic activities, or fitness activities in the United States.

Athletes age 18 and older may apply for and manage their own Team IceeNOW Ambassador account.

Athletes ages 13–17 may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Athletes under age 13 may participate only through a parent- or legal-guardian-managed account. The parent or legal guardian must complete the application, manage the Ambassador account and program communications on the athlete's behalf, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable content permissions.

Athletes under 13 should not independently create or manage a Team IceeNOW Ambassador account or independently submit personal information through the Ambassador Program.

All application information must be accurate. Acceptance into Team IceeNOW is determined by IceeNOW and does not guarantee participation in any particular challenge, gifting opportunity, reward, or promotion.

2. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Team IceeNOW Ambassadors may receive access to:

• A personal-use IceeNOW discount

• A unique referral code and/or affiliate link

• Opportunities to earn commissions from qualifying referral sales

• Team IceeNOW challenges and content opportunities

• Opportunities to earn store credit, products, swag, or other rewards

• Opportunities to be featured by IceeNOW

• Community activities, athlete features, special events, and other Team IceeNOW opportunities

Some new ambassadors may receive a complimentary IceeNOW product when joining the program. Complimentary products are not guaranteed to every ambassador.

Ambassadors may also earn store credit, products, swag, or other rewards through participation in Team IceeNOW challenges and activities.

Specific requirements and rewards will be provided with each challenge.

3. AMBASSADOR PARTICIPATION

Team IceeNOW is about showing up, creating, sharing your recovery journey, and being part of the community.

Ambassadors are encouraged to:

• Participate in Team IceeNOW challenges and activities

• Create authentic content featuring their own experiences with IceeNOW products

• Follow challenge instructions and content guidelines

• Tag @iceenowwrap when required

• Submit content through the Team IceeNOW Ambassador portal or other designated submission method

• Follow additional brand, filming, product-use, or campaign guidelines provided by IceeNOW

Unless a specific challenge states otherwise, participation in Team IceeNOW does not require a set number of social media posts each month.

4. GIFTED PRODUCTS & EARNED REWARDS

Some ambassadors may receive a complimentary IceeNOW product when they first join Team IceeNOW.

If IceeNOW provides a product free of charge, it is considered a gifted product and should be disclosed appropriately when featured in ambassador content.

Ambassadors may also earn store credit, products, swag, or other rewards by completing Team IceeNOW challenges and activities.

Products obtained using store credit or rewards earned through Ambassador Program participation are earned rewards and do not need to be described as gifted products.

Gifted and earned products are intended for the ambassador's personal and promotional use and may not be resold.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA & DISCLOSURES

Team IceeNOW Ambassadors must be transparent about their relationship with IceeNOW when posting content that promotes or endorses IceeNOW or its products.

For Team IceeNOW Ambassador content, use #IceeNOWAmbassador in a clear and easy-to-notice location.

If IceeNOW provides a product to you free of charge, you may also be asked to disclose that the product was gifted using language such as:

Gifted by @iceenowwrap

Products obtained using store credit or rewards earned through Ambassador Program activities do not need to be described as gifted.

If you share a referral code or affiliate link from which you may earn a commission, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

Ambassadors should always share their genuine experiences and opinions and follow any additional disclosure instructions included with a specific Team IceeNOW challenge.

6. CONTENT & PERMISSION TO USE

By submitting content directly to IceeNOW through the Ambassador Program, a Team IceeNOW challenge, designated upload link, or other IceeNOW submission method, you give IceeNOW permission to use, reproduce, edit, resize, crop, repost, publish, and display that content for IceeNOW marketing and promotional purposes, including:

• IceeNOW social media

• IceeNOW websites and online stores

• Email and digital marketing

• Team IceeNOW and community materials

• Organic and paid advertising

You retain ownership of your original content.

For ambassadors under 18, the parent or legal guardian consenting to participation also grants these permissions on behalf of the minor.

For athletes under 13 participating through a parent-managed account, the parent or legal guardian submits or authorizes the submission of the athlete's content and grants these permissions on the athlete's behalf.

IceeNOW may identify or tag the ambassador's social media account when reposting content when appropriate.

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM & COMMISSIONS

Eligible Team IceeNOW Ambassadors may receive a unique referral code and/or affiliate link.

• Customers may receive a discount when using an eligible Ambassador referral code or link.

• Ambassadors may earn commission on qualifying purchases attributed to their referral code or link.

• Ambassadors may not use their own referral code to generate commission on their own purchases.

• Commission is not earned on purchases made using an Ambassador's personal-use discount.

• Commissions are calculated on eligible net sales after applicable discounts, cancellations, refunds, and returns.

• Commissions are reviewed and paid according to the payment schedule and requirements of the current Team IceeNOW program.

• Additional or bonus commissions may be offered during certain campaigns or promotions.

Commission rates, customer discounts, and other referral-program features may change from time to time.

For minor ambassadors, payments may be required to be made through or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

8. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Ambassadors agree to:

• Use IceeNOW products only as directed

• Read and follow product instructions, warnings, and guidelines

• Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or another adverse reaction occurs

• Not encourage unsafe or improper product use in Ambassador content

Ambassadors should not make false, misleading, medical, treatment, injury-healing, or other product claims that have not been authorized by IceeNOW.

9. BRAND & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Team IceeNOW Ambassadors agree to:

• Communicate respectfully when participating in Team IceeNOW activities

• Represent IceeNOW honestly and appropriately

• Follow applicable social media platform rules and laws

• Avoid misleading claims or deceptive practices involving IceeNOW products, discounts, commissions, or promotions

• Follow reasonable Team IceeNOW brand and campaign guidelines

10. PARENT/GUARDIAN PARTICIPATION & CONSENT

For ambassadors under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to participation in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

By providing consent, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they:

• Have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor

• Give permission for the minor to participate in Team IceeNOW activities and challenges

• Consent to the submission and permitted use of the minor's Ambassador content as described in these Terms

• Agree to provide or confirm program permissions and payment information when required

For Athletes Under 13

Participation must be managed by the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian must:

• Complete the application on the athlete's behalf

• Be the account holder and manage the Team IceeNOW Ambassador account

• Receive and manage program communications

• Submit or authorize content on the athlete's behalf

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable content permissions on the athlete's behalf

The athlete may participate in Team IceeNOW activities and appear in Ambassador content, but should not independently operate the Ambassador account or independently provide personal information through the program.

11. PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION

Participation in Team IceeNOW is voluntary.

IceeNOW may modify program features, challenges, rewards, discounts, commission rates, eligibility requirements, or other program elements from time to time.

Ambassadors may leave the program at any time.

IceeNOW may suspend or remove an Ambassador for failure to follow these Terms, misuse of the program, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or other conduct inconsistent with Team IceeNOW guidelines.

Legitimate commissions already earned will be handled according to the applicable program payment terms.

12. AGREEMENT

By submitting an application to the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow them.

If the Ambassador is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide the required consent.

If the athlete is under 13, the Team IceeNOW Ambassador account and participation must be managed by the athlete's parent or legal guardian as described above.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE. ICEENOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY AMBASSADOR FROM THE PROGRAM AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
