IceeNOW Ambassador Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the IceeNOW Ambassador Program! 


This program is designed to give passionate athletes the opportunity to represent our brand, earn rewards, and be part of a growing community. Please review the following terms carefully. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these terms on your behalf.

 

 


🔷 1. Program Overview


As an IceeNOW Ambassador, you will receive:


  • Complimentary IceeNOW products once your initial content requirements are completed.

  • An exclusive personal-use discount code for IceeNOW products.

  • A unique referral code or affiliate link to share with friends, teammates, and followers.

  • Opportunities to earn commission from sales made through your code or link.

  • Access to special campaigns, swag giveaways, and potential feature opportunities on IceeNOW’s platforms.

 

 


🔷 2. Eligibility

  • All ambassadors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these terms and serve as the primary point of contact.

  • Ambassadors must be based in the United States and actively participate in an organized sport or athletic/fitness activity.

 


🔷 3. Ambassador Responsibilities


A. Product Use


  • Gifted IceeNOW products are for personal/promotional use only and may not be resold.

  • You agree to use the products regularly and provide testimonials and content in accordance with these terms.

  • You affirm that you have no medical conditions that prevent safe use of IceeNOW products and have read all product warning labels.

B. Social Media Activity


  • You must follow and tag @iceenowwrap on Instagram.

  • Add “IceeNOW Ambassador” to your Instagram bio and include @iceenowwrap.

  • Post a minimum of 4 social media posts per month (photos, stories, reels, etc.) tagging @iceenowwrap while using the product.

  • IceeNOW reserves the right to use any tagged or submitted content on our website, advertising, and social media channels.

C. Brand Representation


  • Maintain professionalism in all public and private communication involving IceeNOW.

  • Promote IceeNOW in a manner consistent with its intended use and brand voice.

  • Follow any brand guidelines sent separately during your time as an ambassador.

 

 


🔷 4. Referral Program & Commission


  • You will be given a unique referral code and/or affiliate link to share with your network.

  • Customers who use your referral code or link at checkout will receive a discount, and you will earn a commission on those sales.

  • You may not use your own referral code to make purchases.

  • Commissions are based on the net order value (after any discounts).

  • Commission is not earned on any order placed using your personal discount code.

  • Commissions are reviewed monthly and paid after a short processing period.

  • Bonus commissions may be available during special promotional campaigns.

 

 


🔷 5. Parent/Guardian Consent (For Ambassadors Under 18)


If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these terms and act as the primary contact for communication and payments. By submitting your application, you confirm that:


  • You understand and agree to the IceeNOW Ambassador Program Terms.

  • All content provided may be used by IceeNOW for promotional purposes.

  • If under 18, your parent/guardian agrees to serve as the responsible party for this agreement.


 

 


BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE. ICEENOW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY AMBASSADOR FROM THE PROGRAM AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
