Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions for Minors

These Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions apply to participants under 18 years of age in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

By consenting to a minor's participation, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following.

Consent to Participate

I give permission for my child to participate in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

I understand that participation may include Team IceeNOW challenges and activities, creating and sharing content, posting on social media, engaging with Team IceeNOW, and sharing IceeNOW products and referral codes with friends, teammates, family, and followers.

Participation in individual challenges and activities is voluntary.

If my child is under age 13, I understand that I must apply for and manage the Team IceeNOW Ambassador account on my child's behalf. I will manage program communications and submit or authorize information and content on my child's behalf. My child will not independently operate the Ambassador account or independently provide personal information through the program.

Content and Social Media

I understand that my child may create photos, videos, testimonials, social media posts, and other content as part of Team IceeNOW activities.

My child may be asked to post content on social media platforms such as Instagram or TikTok and may be asked to tag or mention IceeNOW, including @iceenowwrap.

I understand that applicable Ambassador disclosures, including #IceeNOWAmbassador and gifted-product disclosures when appropriate, may be required when sharing Team IceeNOW content.

Permission to Use Content and Likeness

I give IceeNOW permission to use content submitted by or on behalf of my child in connection with the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

This includes permission to use my child's image, likeness, voice, name, and social media handle in connection with that content.

IceeNOW may use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

• IceeNOW websites and online stores

• Social media

• Email and digital marketing

• Retail and promotional materials

• Team IceeNOW and community materials

• Organic and paid advertising, including platforms such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube

IceeNOW may reasonably edit, crop, resize, caption, or otherwise adapt submitted content for marketing purposes.

The creator retains ownership of the original content while granting IceeNOW ongoing permission to use submitted content for these marketing and promotional purposes.

IceeNOW is not required to publish or use any submitted content.

Rewards and Referral Commissions

I understand that my child may have opportunities to earn rewards through participation in Team IceeNOW challenges and activities.

Rewards may include IceeNOW store credit, products, merchandise, or other incentives.

My child may also receive a referral code or link and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made using that code or link.

Reward amounts, commission rates, and challenge requirements may vary and will be communicated through the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

For minor participants, payment information or commission payments may be required to be provided, received, or managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Program Participation and Conduct

I understand that participation in Team IceeNOW is voluntary.

Participants are expected to follow Team IceeNOW guidelines, individual challenge requirements, applicable social media rules, and appropriate standards of conduct.

IceeNOW may remove a participant from the program for failure to follow program terms or guidelines, misuse of referral codes, fraudulent activity, inappropriate conduct, or other misuse of the program.

Participation in Team IceeNOW does not create an employment relationship between the participant and IceeNOW.

Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment

By consenting to my child's participation, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old and am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, or otherwise have legal authority to provide this consent.

• I give permission for my child to participate in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

• I understand that participation may include social media activity, content creation, challenges, rewards, and referral opportunities.

• I give IceeNOW permission to use my child's submitted content, name, image, likeness, voice, and social media handle as described above.

• I have reviewed and agree to these Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions and the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and the minor participant.

• If my child is under age 13, I agree to manage the Team IceeNOW Ambassador account and participation on my child's behalf as described above.
