Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions for Minors

These Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions apply to participants under 18 years of age in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

By consenting to a minor’s participation in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Consent to Participate

I give permission for my child to participate in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

I understand that participation may include completing campaigns and challenges, creating and sharing content, posting on social media, engaging with Team IceeNOW, and sharing IceeNOW products and referral codes with friends, teammates, family and followers.

The Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program may be administered through Buzzbassador and other platforms used by IceeNOW.

Content and Social Media

I understand that my child may create and submit photos, videos, testimonials, social media posts and other content as part of Team IceeNOW campaigns and activities.

Participation in individual campaigns and challenges is voluntary.

I understand that my child may be asked to post content on social media platforms such as Instagram or TikTok and may be asked to tag or mention IceeNOW, including @iceenowwrap.

Permission to Use Content and Likeness

I give IceeNOW permission to use content created and submitted by my child in connection with the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

This includes permission to use my child’s image, likeness, voice, name and social media handle in connection with that content.

IceeNOW may use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on IceeNOW websites, social media, email, retail and promotional materials, and paid advertising platforms including Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube, as well as other current or future marketing channels.

IceeNOW may reasonably edit, crop, resize, caption or otherwise adapt submitted content for marketing purposes.

The creator retains ownership of their original content while granting IceeNOW ongoing permission to use submitted content for these marketing and promotional purposes.

IceeNOW is not required to publish or use any submitted content.

Rewards and Referral Commissions

I understand that my child may have opportunities to earn rewards through participation in Team IceeNOW campaigns and activities.

Rewards may include IceeNOW store credit, products, cash rewards, merchandise or other incentives.

My child may also receive a referral code or link and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made using that code or link.

Reward amounts, commission rates and campaign requirements may vary and will be communicated through the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

Program Participation and Conduct

I understand that participation in Team IceeNOW is voluntary.

Participants are expected to follow Team IceeNOW guidelines, individual campaign requirements and appropriate standards of conduct.

IceeNOW reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for inappropriate conduct, misuse of referral codes or failure to follow program guidelines.

Participation in Team IceeNOW does not create an employment relationship between the participant and IceeNOW.

Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment

By consenting to my child’s participation, I confirm that:

• I am at least 18 years old and am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, or otherwise have legal authority to provide this consent.

• I give permission for my child to participate in the Team IceeNOW Ambassador Program.

• I understand that participation may include social media activity, content creation, campaigns, rewards and referral opportunities.

• I give IceeNOW permission to use my child’s submitted content, name, image, likeness, voice and social media handle as described above.

• I have reviewed and agree to these Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and the minor participant.
