If you are using your Sleeve for heat therapy, the Sleeve needs be at room temperature before heating in microwave.
To clean the sleeves, we recommend using an antibacterial wipe, apply directly to the fabric and allow the sleeve to air dry before placing back in the freezer.
Yes, it is recommended you keep the product in the bag. The bag is to ensure the sleeve stays dry in the freezer. If you lose or damage the bag provided, any plastic freezer bag will work, or reach out to us for a replacement to make sure the sleeve stays dry in the freezer.
Our sleeves are not intended to offer support. The compression design is to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery.

IceeNOW Tape is a non-woven spandex. (Contains Latex). Liquid ingredients are a special blend of distilled water, alcohol, menthol, and borneol- designed to create a cooling sensation-similar to that of ice.
IceeNOW’s tape combines cooling with compression which helps speed up recovery time. Wrap around affected area, stretching enough to provide comfortable compression which is not too restrictive. Self-adhesive. Tear or cut after using desired amount. The wrapped area will get colder after about 5-10 minutes, and remain cold for up to 30-60 minutes. The tape works by drawing the heat from the injured area through evaporation- which helps reduce pain and swelling.

IceeNOW Wraps can be re-used up to three (3) times. When done using your IceeNOW Wrap, simply put it back in its container with four to five (4-5) tablespoons of water, and seal container tightly (do not refrigerate). After 3-4 times, you can wash and use as a compression bandage.
We generally recommend that IceeNOW Wraps be used as part of an overall treatment regiment (including rest and elevation when called for), and not be used during regular activity. That said, IceeNOW Wraps have been found to be effective when used during periods of light to moderate activity.
