HOW TO PREVENT (NON-CONTACT) KNEE INJURIES

  • Of course not all injuries are preventable, but there are key indicators of risk factors, and ways to target certain muscle groups to help protect the knee and reduce risk of the dreaded ACL and other knee injuries for our girls!
  • Learn simple yet effective exercises and activities to incorporate into your day-to-day life from practices to games and in between.
  • The key is consistency and having a simple, fun and easy to follow-up playbook, that becomes habitual, to help reduce risk of common knee injuries among female athletes.

PROGRAM:

Custom Playbook based on age, sport and pre-identified risk factors

    • Module 1Identify your personal risk factors based on evaluation by our Physical Therapist partners. 
PLAYBOOK Includes but it not limited to specific:
    • Module 2: Strength & Conditioning 
    • Module 3: Plyometrics
    • Module 4: Pre-practice/game Routine
    • Module 5: Post-pracice/game Recovery
