To stay motivated to train, I write down my goals and put them somewhere that I can see often! This lets me see what I want to achieve daily and pushes me to work harder. I also try and remember why I started running in the first place and that running is supposed to be fun, so I should work hard and enjoy the process along the way :)
This is a picture of me at summer running camp doing a tempo run! This is one of my favorite parts of the year and even through all of the struggles that are occurring, I look at these pictures to remind me of happy times and how excited I am to go back!
