To stay motivated to train, I write down my goals and put them somewhere that I can see often! This lets me see what I want to achieve daily and pushes me to work harder.
i am my own motivation. i constantly seek out weaknesses that i can turn into strengths. i don’t make excuses. i get it done regardless. i just strive to be my own competition and become the best version of myself that i can be.
For me, it is so important to stay competitive even without competition! I love running, but I especially love racing and pushing myself to see how fast and far I can go.
