Icee Tape is cooling and compression tape that requires no refrigeration and can be kept in sports bag or backpack and be ready to use whenever you need it. IceeNOW Tape is a non-woven spandex. (Contains Latex). Liquid ingredients are a special blend of distilled water, menthol, and borneol- designed to create a cooling sensation-similar to that of ice.

Icee Sleeve is the most convenient way to apply cold or hot therapy on your muscles and joints. Simply grab out of your freezer, slide it on your arm or leg, and continue doing what you doing. If you are using your Sleeve for heat therapy, the Sleeve needs be at room temperature before heating in microwave.

IceeNOW’s tape combines cooling with compression which helps speed up recovery time. Wrap around affected area, stretching enough to provide comfortable compression which is not too restrictive. Self-adhesive. Tear or cut after using desired amount. The wrapped area will get colder after about 5-10 minutes, and remain cold for up to 30-60 minutes. The tape works by drawing the heat from the injured area through evaporation- which helps reduce pain and swelling.

Yes, the Icee Sleeves are reusable. Just return to freezer after use for the next time. For Icee Tape, each roll can be used for multiple wraps, depending on what you need to wrap - from wrists to quads. Just use what you need, tear and return the rest to pouch for next time.

Icee Tape is COLD right out of pouch. No refrigeration is necessary. Just wrap around area needed, tear, and return the rest to pouch. Seal pouch and will stay cold for up to 4-6 weeks. Do not refrigerate.

IceeNOW Tape/Wraps are safe and recommended for people age four (4) years and up.

IceeNOW is designed for external use only. Avoid touching eyes after handling - best to wash hands after handling. If contents are exposed to eyes, rinse with water and seek medical advice. Do not use on cuts, injured skin, or open wounds. Wrap around area, stretching enough to provide comfortable tightness which is not too restrictive or tight. When using, especially the first time use, check after a few minutes and every 15 afterwards to make sure there is no irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin. Contains latex and menthol. Stop use if irritation occurs, consult a doctor if needed. Not for children under 4 years of age, or people who are incapable of removing the wrap themselves. Do not use if Diabetic.

We generally recommend that IceeNOW Tape/Wraps be used as part of an overall recovery regiment post-exercise. However, some athletes have found IceeTape/Wraps to be effective when used during periods of light to moderate activity.

When wrapping a knee or any body part for you should start wrapping at the end farthest from your heart (below the injured or painful area) and work your way up, ensuring each layer overlaps the previous one.

Taping “towards the heart” is a guideline based on how your circulatory and lymphatic systems work.

Wrapping or taping in that direction helps assist this natural flow, which can speed recovery and reduce swelling.
Especially for compression or athletic wraps, the “towards the heart” direction helps maintain healthy circulation rather than impede it.
